    Aman is an entrepreneur currently running The Pangaea Kitchen. With 19 years of international experience, Aman has honed his skills working in Dubai's prestigious establishments such as Sofitel The Palm Dubai, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, and One & Only Royal Mirage Dubai. His expertise extends to managing an award-winning steakhouse and catering to the royal family in Dubai and various VVIP delegations from around the world.

    Aman has also worked with chefs from Michelin-star backgrounds and has gained extensive experience in fine dining outlets. He is passionate about exploring new cuisines and delving into local food and produce. His love for traveling complements his culinary journey, allowing him to continually expand his palate and knowledge.

    Introducing Victoria Michi, our co-founder and your primary point of contact for all event coordination and planning. Whether you're organising a corporate cocktail party, an intimate dinner, or a wedding, Michi and her team will help you find the perfect venue for your special occasion.

    Michi’s passion for food was ignited during her time studying in Singapore, a city known for its vibrant and diverse culinary scene. This experience cultivated her deep love for food and hospitality. She later honed her expertise by working in some of Melbourne's top 5-star hotels, including the Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt.

    Throughout his journey, Brian has developed a unique style that blends traditional techniques with modern flavours and ingredients. His dedication to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients has earned him a reputation for creating dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning.

    As a chef, Brian has led teams to success in various high-pressure environments, including fine dining restaurants, hotels, and resorts.
